I am still here!

It was a slow week.  I am slowly recovering from my finger accident. Hopefully, by the end of the week, I will be using finger -tip band aids instead of the gauze pads and stretchy wrapping tape.  Pat was able to find a smoother wrapping tape than the scratchy pink kind.  I have been making Kumihimo braids for knitting project bags which feeds my creative soul. Plus, I have found a way to use the loom waste yarn from my rigid heddle weaving projects.  ImageImage

I am going to felt the woven strip and make mug rugs.Image

My sisters sent me a Get-Well gift.  They understand my problems with fingers and sharp utensils.  Thanks, Terry and Kay!  I promise to use it!

Still no bike riding, no knitting. (And no dish washing.  There is always a silver lining! )

See ya!

  1. Cindy in Fl says:

Ha, ha! That is the glove I meant! Keep healing, the knitting and dishes will wait!

  2. Love that sheep fabric! And I hope those gloves keep your hands safe for future projects.
