Prefect Day for the Letter “P”

The letter “P” was popping all over the place.  On Saturday our local law enforcement and fire departments had a “Kars for Kids” car show.  When Pat and I stopped to check it out, I didn’t have my camera.  But after walking though the show, we  drove back home (just two miles away), because it’s not just every day you see ……

A Purple Pontiac

Another Pontiac, but I missed the Pick-up truck behind it!  It was hot, both the truck and the day.

On Sunday, it was a Perfect day for a road bike ride.  We rode out to our local airPort.  It’s a 20 mile ride and has  nice restrooms and water fountains.  Image

There were Pine trees

And Palo Verde treesImage

And best of all …. A 1953 Piper Plane.  I asked the owner if I could take a picture of his plane and he moved it around so I could get a good shot.  How cool is that!

Then to end the Perfect ride, Pancakes at Papa’s Diner with Pat.  I was going to photograph the pancakes, but you know pancakes. They disappear!

I’m Pooped!

See ya!

A perfect P post! Looks like you had a lot of fun with this one. Old car shows are fun. That’s cool that the plane owner moved the plane for a better photo. I know how that goes with the breakfast ride and getting a photo of the food. We went on a road ride at the beach last week and when the food came we were so hungry and it was so good that I never got a picture of it. Have a terrific week!
